I first contact Mr.Lizama a year ago and although I expressed I wanted to buy a home but wasn’t sure about my budget quite yet, he was very responsive and took my inquiry serious and from that day on started helping me figure out what type of home that would suit me best at that time. Fast forward to now my type of home and needs had changed and he within a few hours was able to show me send me listings of homes that met my new needs and were around or even below my budget. He was very informed about all the properties he showed me and knew a lot about the neighborhood and the close surrounding areas Of every home he showed me. As a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous that something could go wrong or that my offer wouldn’t be accepted for the home I really wanted but when I expressed that he assured me that the offer was a good one and he without a doubt felt it would be accepted. Mr. Lizama always made sure to ask if there was anything I need more information on as well as reviewing and going into details anything I didn’t understand once the contract/paperwork was sent to us. Overall Mr. Lizama made my first home purchase something I didn’t stress, with his quick response time and attention to details and new information was super helpful.

We met an agent who we ending up not being able to work with. He referred us to Raul as we were on the way to see the homes we had planned for that day. Raul, in less than an hour, put together the order for the 6 homes. We fell in love with one and put in our offer. There were counter offers and we were neck and neck.
